Avery is a natural-born entrepreneur and customer-first leader with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things done right the first time. With a strong background in operations, project management, and client relations, Avery brings energy, discipline, and high standards to every project NailedIT A&B takes on.
Before co-founding NailedIT A&B, Avery helped build and manage operations for a large-scale business, giving him real-world experience in leadership, logistics, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Now, he’s using those skills in the home-renovation space to offer homeowners a smoother, more professional experience from start to finish.
Avery is hands-on when it comes to every aspect of the business — from project planning and quoting to follow-ups and final walkthroughs. His mission? To change the way people view contractors by delivering clear communication, reliable timelines, and outstanding results.

Brice brings years of real-world experience in interior remodeling and hands-on construction work. He specializes in drywall, flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and general finish work — always with a commitment to precision and quality.
Having spent years in the field learning what it takes to do the job right, Brice leads the on-site execution of each project with integrity and pride. He’s not just a skilled worker — he’s a problem solver who genuinely enjoys bringing spaces to life and helping homeowners love where they live.
Brice’s no-nonsense approach and calm demeanor make him a favorite with clients, and his attention to detail ensures every project meets the high standards that NailedIT A&B is built on.
